it's hilarious how much I talk out loud at these warlbers and try to will them into the right position when they get anywhere near what I envision as a good shot. I recall when this bird worked its way down I kept telling it to drop down just one more branch. Then when it got there I was telling it to land in an opening without anything blocking it. Next I added now turn the right direction, please don't face away from me!!! When it does all work out as I hoped (it usually doesn't) is when I gratefully thank the bird and immediately check to make sure that this amazing opportunity the bird provided me with I didn't screw up by blowing focus or something else stupid. So thank you again to this beautiful Yellow-throated Warbler for dropping into this branch with the brilliantly glowing red maple seeds that added so much to the scene.
