In my continued pursuit of making things more difficult for myself I decided to try to photograph this Double-crested Cormorant in flight as I shot through some foreground trees. It was basically track the bird in flight, as soon as the tree gets in the way lock focus and continue to shoot hoping the bird flies parallel to me. I was shooting through a maple tree with red seeds which made for the pops of red color nad the golden bokeh is the sun shining on the branches and tiny leaves I was shooting through. It made for quite a painterly effect that I really enjoyed.
