During my recent visit to Dry Tortugas the last thing I expected was warblers everywhere. That is exactly what I ended up with and even better was the number of Cape May Warblers all over the island. This was only my second time seeing this species and now they were everywhere! For this shot I was able to capture one in the last bit of golden light of the evening as it foraged for insects among the foliage. I took this while standing on a white sandy beach as the sunset over the tropical ocean behind me. It's hard to think of a much better location to hang out with such beautiful birds.
