Initially this shot almost looks like I mirrored the birds in the computer but this pair was calling out and I managed to get them facing each other and on the same focal plane which was purely luck. It was a bit bright out so I opted to shoot it a touch darker and go for more of a silhouette with their heads against the light part of the water.
