This particular location always has a lot of Black Vultures hanging out and they are often quite amusing to watch. I had arrived a good bit earlier in my camper-van and sat inside getting some work done while it rained heavily outside. The rain finally calmed down and so I jumped out and started shooting. Of course it started raining again but not heavy enough for me to worry much about it. I lined up on this individual and started shooting. Varying the shutter speed for different rain effects. This one ended up at 1/30 and it was a nice bonus to get all the insects flying around the vulture and they blurred slightly. A soggy Black Vulture with a cloud of bugs around it, that's a solid look for this bird ha!
